  • Is a specific dress IN STOCK?

Please use the Contact Us form to inquire about the availability of a specific dress...make sure to let us know what size and color you are interested in as well!

 

  • I found a dress cheaper on another website...will PromMeUp price match?

Yes! We can apply our LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE as long as the website you found the dress is an AUTHORIZED RETAILER (i.e. not a China based site selling fake/replica dresses) Please use the Contact Us form to request supervisor approval of our price match - don't forget to include the direct link to the website you want us to price match!

 

  • How do I track my order?

Please allow us a maximum of 2 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) to process your order if you did not upgrade your processing method. During which time we will either ship the dress to you (if it is available instock) or we will contact the designer to check if it is available to special order and arrive to you in time for your wear date. As soon as we process this information, we will email you the status of your order. As soon as the dress leaves our showroom, we will email you the tracking number, which you can track online.

 

  • How will PromMeUp contact me?

Our primary form of contact is email, which is why it is IMPORTANT for you to enter in your correct email address when placing your order and then check your inbox often. After placing your order, make sure to add Sales@PromMeUp.com to your address book (especially if using Yahoo, AOL, & Gmail)

 

  • Is there a PromMeUp phone number that I can call?

  • What does "Special Order" mean? 

A special order is when your dress is ordered straight from the designer just for you due to your dress not being available in our stock inventory. While we do have a large selection of dresses instock, due to having such a large variety of gowns to choose from, most of our orders require a special order. Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT charge extra for this complimentary service.

 

  • How long will it take before I get my dress?

 

If your dress is available instock, we will ship your dress immediately. If it requires a special order, it may take anywhere from 2-7 additional days for your dress to get to you. We will notify you with an approximated date of delivery. As stated several times throughout our site, if your dress is not available in time for your wear date we will cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.

 

  • What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves in one of the most comprehensive return policies of any online prom retailer! If you are not satisfied with your instock order, we will gladly take the dress back and issue you store credit less the restocking fee as well as shipping & upgraded processing cost. You would also be responsible to pay for the shipping cost back to our showroom in California. Please know that international orders are not eligible for returns.   • How long do each of the shipping methods take?

 

  • Is PromMeUp.com an authorized retailer of each designer? Will my purchase be authentic?

YES! We are authorized retailers for ALL of the designers that we feature on our site! We will NEVER transship dresses from designers that we are not authorized to sell! Rest assured you'll receive authentic designer dresses if you choose PromMeUp.

 

  • I don’t feel safe entering my billing information on your shopping cart, what can I do?

Our shopping cart is protected by Thawte (a VeriSign company) which encrypts all of your billing information when you submit your order. After your order is processed, your billing information will automatically be deleted from our system.

 

  • I am an International Customer...help me place my order correctly!
