  • Is a specific dress IN STOCK?

Please use the Contact Us form to inquire about the availability of a dress...make sure to let us know what size and color you are interested in as well!

REST ASSURED, that when you place your order, if your dress is not available in time for your wear date, you will have the option to cancel your order and incur no charges on your credit card…NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

 

  • How do I track my order?

Please allow us a maximum of 2 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) to process your order if you did not upgrade your processing method. During which time we will either ship the dress to you (if it is available instock) or we will contact the designer to see if it is available to special order and arrive to you in time for your wear date. As soon as we process this information, we will email you the status of your order. As soon as the dress leaves our showroom, we will email you the UPS tracking number, which you can use at www.UPS.com

 

  • How will PromMeUp!com contact me?

Our primary form of contact is email, which is why it is IMPORTANT for you to enter in the correct email address when placing your order and then check it periodically. If the situation calls for an immediate response from you, we will resort to contacting you via telephone.

 

  • What does “special order” mean?

A special order is when your dress is ordered straight from the designer just for you due to your dress not being available in our stock inventory. While we do have a large selection of dresses instock, due to having such a large variety of gowns to choose from, most of our orders require a special order. Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT charge extra for this complimentary service.

 

  • What does "processing method" mean?

  • How long will it take before I get my dress?

If your dress is available instock, we will ship your dress immediately. If it requires a special order, it may take anywhere from 2-10 additional weeks for your dress to get to you. We will notify you if your dress requires a special order as well as an approximated time of delivery. As stated several times throughout our site, if your dress is not available in time for your wear date we will cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.


  • What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves in one of the most comprehensive return policies of any online prom retailer! If you are not satisfied with your instock order, we will gladly take the dress back and issue you store credit less the restocking fee as well as shipping/optional upgraded processing cost. You would also be responsible to pay for the shipping cost back to our showroom in California. Also, please note that dresses that are also featured in the 'All Pageant Dresses' collection are not eligible for returns.   • From the time that PromMeUp! ships out my dress, how long does it take for UPS to deliver?

As soon as you place your order for an instock dress or we receive your special order dress from the designer, our California showroom will ship it out immediately! Please refer to the map bellow to view the transit times for UPS Ground shipments. If you upgraded your shipping method, you will get the dress in however many days that you selected. (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, etc...)

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

If your dress is available instock and has not shipped out yet, you may cancel your order. Just contact us at sales@prommeup.com with your order # in the subject. If your dress requires a special order and has been ordered from the designer or is instock and has already shipped out, you may not cancel your order.

 

  • Is PromMeUp!com authorized to sell the designers featured on this site?

Yes! We have active accounts with and are authorized retailers for all of the designers that we feature on our site! We will NEVER transship dresses from designers that we are not authorized to sell, so you can rest assured that you are receiving genuine branded dresses from all of our world class designers!

 

  • I don’t feel safe entering my personal information on your shopping cart, what do I do?

First of all, our shopping cart is protected by Thawte (a VeriSign company) which encrypts all of your personal information when you submit it. But in case you still are not comfortable using our secure shopping cart, we have also integrated Google Checkout® so that you can purchase your dress using Google’s secure checkout system.

 

  • I am an International Customer...help me place my order correctly!

At PromMeUp! we believe that fashion is a universal language! That's why we have fully integrated into our checkout system the ability to place orders to be shipped to our honored clients all over the world! 

SHIPPING METHOD/COST: As long as DHL ships to your address, we do too! Simply click here to view the DHL International Zone Chart and find your countries zone code. Then when placing your order, in the "Shipping Method" field, just choose the option that has the same zone code as the one you found on the DHL International Zone Chart!
