specific they were, but not even a week after I purchased the dress I got a
call from them confirming everything. It made me so confident in my purchase,

I’m writing to express how satisfied I am with my
order from PromMeUp!com. I love the outstanding customer service, price,
fast delivery, and color of my special occasion gown. I began searching
for a gown in November and by February I was very tired and
disappointed with the designes, dark colors, and prices. In late February, I visited a bridal shop and saw a gorgeous evening gown in fuchsia
designed by Atelier Alyce. The price with tax was over $500.00. I
wanted the dress and a better bargain. I went home and typed in the dress
style number on the Internet. Several websites appeared and I chose
PromMeUp!com. I completed the questionnaire on the website and forgot
about it. To my surprise I received a response from Matthew answering all my questions. I was surprised since I am not an online
shopper and I figured many emails probably ends up in a black hole somewhere
without a response to the customer. Well, Matthew replied that the dress
was not available in fuchsia. Then he wrote, “But the great news is that
it is available in the gorgeous Periwinkle color…” I could not picture
the dress in the color Periwinkle, so I thanked Matthew for his assistance and
decided to cancel my order. I continued my
search for an evening gown in a light color driving to malls and specialty
stores. Just a few days after canceling my order, I saw a short party dress in the mall
in the Periwinkle color and liked it. I called Matthew to reorder my
dress. And then just 3 or 4 days following, I was again surprised when I drove up to
my home to find a box on the porch. I shouted, “That’s my dress!” I
picked up the box, ran in the house, and up the stairs to my room to open it. I
was mesmerized. The dress is gorgeous and I love the Periwinkle color. It’s
a perfect fit! I called Matthew to tell him how happy I am with the
extraordinary customer service, fast delivery, price, and gorgeous gown.
I can’t wait to wear it in March to my daughter’s gala event. I
have already passed on the PromMeUp!com website to friends and
co-workers. Also, I almost forgot to mention that I got the dress at a fantastic price of $335.00 compared to over $500 elsewhere!

TO ALL THE GREAT STAFF AT PROMMEUP: I have to be honest, at first I was not really sure about trusting $300 of my dollars to a web-site, but as soon as I saw that you have an actually retail store in California, I knew I was dealing with a legitimate business. So after begging my mom to let me spend my paycheck on the dress, I placed my order with you guys and shockingly got a response from your shipping department with a ship date that was 3 weeks before my homecoming!! It gave me plenty of time to get some minor alterations done and have make sure everything was perfect…and sure enough it was! While I may sound a little conceded, I looked hot! (; Everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be! It was great to also get a follow up call after the homecoming from one of your representatives to take a survey of your service, and of course I gave you a 10 out of 10 on every question! OMG…you don’t even know how long and hard my prom shopping experience was before I heard about your site…I went to 6 different local prom stores and tried on so many dresses that I have honestly lost count…then I visited probably like 15 different online prom stores until one of my friends told me to check you guys out since she bought her dress from you last year. It was great because I was worried that I might not like my dress after buying it, so there needed to be some kind of return policy. Well, the first thing I saw on your site was returns allowed and no sales tax. I got so excited so I immediately went and found my dress and ordered it and I got the dress in like 6 days since you had it in stock at your showroom. The size was perfect…the dress was perfect…and most of all I loved the way I looked for something like $250 dollars.
